Pavel Returns to the Joe

Word on the street (and by street, I mean twitter) is that Pav is back. I'll be serving coffee to people who are completely unaware of the importance of what I'm missing, but I'm hoping the rest of you will be treated to some amazingly Datsyukian moves tonight.

It's Mikey's first game back in Dallas since the Stars decide he was obsolete. Let's show them how wrong they were, Mo.

Chicgao Pregame

I feel a bit out of order here, there will be a post-game post for last night, but I haven't done it yet. In fact, I hadn't even looked through my pictures until about half an hour ago... you all know what happened and you all know what's coming up today, so let's get straight to the motivation. I only made 2 again today, I'm still getting warmed up for the season (maybe some day I'll plan these in advance, probably not though)

Quick pregame post...

Ok, I'm a bit late... but the game hasn't started yet which means there is still time for a little motivation!

Let's start with the Perfect Human, because, well, he's the Perfect Human... he just doesn't look it right here.

I'm gonna keep this short, since it's almost game time, and just have two today. Sorry. I really want Pav to be the gentlemanly thief that seriously does hurt the goalie's feelings tonight, so I'll finish off with him.

Ok, yes, Drew Miller does win the adorable-off... but I was thinking of something else...

Last night they had a little girl from one of the teams to play at the Joe that day come out for the national anthem and it was possibly more adorable than the Miller boys... She was so small that when Kronwall patted her on the head, it looked like he was wearing a goalie glove.

Ok, now back to the Wings. Here's a whole bunch of awesome warming up.

I love Kronner's face behind Homer here, he looks like such an angry Viking.

Hank and Fil are really doing some good work together, although here they don't look quite in sync yet.

Eaves was the third star of the game, as announced at the Joe, here he is with Helm.

And Raffy, pictured with Hank, was named first star of the night after a solid game and that goal in overtime.
